Former Porn Star May Lose Custody of Children after Recent Battery Charges

Huntington Beach residents Jenna Jameson and boyfriend Tito Ortiz have two children together but may not be together much longer. The two have been together for over six years and have two sons, twins that are now four years old. Jameson was arrested in early April on charges of misdemeanor battery. An assistant of hers says Jameson hit her using an iPhone accessory that looks like brass knuckles. The charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence and Jameson stated that the accusations were false and were not made by a female assistant who worked for her but by a male who had never been employed by her. In 2012, however, Jameson was convicted of DUI involving an accident and she was sentenced to three years probation. Rumors of OxyContin abuse have been swirling ever since the 2010 domestic violence case between her and Ortiz. That case was never prosecuted since both parties declined to take further legal action against one another and they seemed to have reconciled. Most recently, though, the relationship between the two looks like it may have severely deteriorated. Jameson reportedly moved out of the home that she shared with Ortiz and their two young sons. Ortiz is currently the primary caregiver of the children and may be seeking full legal custody unless he and Jameson come to an agreement. Discuss your case with a divorce attorney if you have safety and welfare concerns for your children.
