Damon Dash Accused of Failure to Pay

Although he is known as a film and music mogul, it seems as though Damon Dash is experiencing financial difficulties at the moment.

Since Dash reportedly owes millions in back taxes, he has become delinquent on other payments as well, namely his child support to Linda Williams. The mother to his son, 19-year-old Damon Dash Jr. and ex-girlfriend, Williams is taking Dash to court for failing to make his $425 weekly payments. As a result, Williams is furious that this negligence has delayed their son from attending college. Even though Dash Jr. was recently accepted to Five Towns College on a $30,000 scholarship, Dash reportedly refused to support this decision.

In her lawsuit, Williams describes how Dash is still able to make his child support payments, even though he is seriously delinquent in back taxes, to the tune of $20 million.
