Court Urged to Void Gay Divorce

A state lawyer in Texas is reportedly arguing in an appeals court that Judge Scott Jenkins violated state law when he granted a divorce for a same-sex couple this year. Texas does not recognize same-sex marriage and therefore will not grant divorces.
