Miley Cyrus Will Not Take Sides during Parents Divorce

Teen superstar has decided not to become involved with or take sides in her parents upcoming divorce. Instead she would prefer to keep silent while her family is going through this difficult time. Her father, Billly Ray, has petitioned for joint custody of the three children that he had with soon-to-be-ex wife Tish - Miley, age 17, Braison, age 16, and Noah, age 10.

Any more information about the divorce papers, filed on October 26, is being kept from the public until the divorce is finalized.

When children are involved in a divorce, tempers can rise and emotions can run rampant.
