Divorce for County Commissioner

Kimberlee Nodine, the wife of Mobile, Alabama County Commissioner Steve Nodine, has filed for divorce. The divorce agreement was signed by both and outlines the terms of the pending divorce. Under the agreement, Kimberlee will get custody of the couple's minor son along with $971 a month in child support and $2,500 a month in alimony. Nodine will also pay for the house she lives in and any other debt accumulated during their marriage. Nodine is currently facing drug charges, a possible impeachment and named a suspect in the murder of Angel Downs.
