Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon Files for Divorce

In the state of New York, it is reported that Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon recently filed divorce paperwork.  The actress plans to divorce her husband, Mike Nilon, after being married for nine years.  Prior to filing for divorce, Garcelle publicly accused Nilon of cheating on her.

Several news sources say that Garcelle filed for divorce on May 10^th.  She listed "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for divorce in her petition.

Sources also say that Garcelle plans to seek joint custody of her twin sons, who are two years of age.

Back in April, Garcelle came forward will public allegations of infidelity against Mike Nilon.  She sent two angry emails to Nilon's colleagues at his place of employment, Creative Arts Agency.  She also publicly compared him to Jesse James and Tiger Woods.
