Amy Whinehouse to Seek Restraining Order

News sources are reporting that well-known singer, Amy Whinehouse, may have plans to get a restraining order against her ex-husband.  Whinehouse has complained that her former husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, calls her up to 30 times a day. 

Whinehouse alleges that during the phone calls, Civil constantly begs her to come back to him and reconcile their relationship.  She said that she is fed up and feels harassed.  Recently, she turned to her father for help.

Now, her father is helping he prepare to get a restraining order so that Amy can move on with her life.  A source very close to Amy told the press that "Blake can't accept that Amy has finally moved on."  The source also said that Blake screams at Amy and even threatens her when making calls.
