News sources report that Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, has recently released a new adult movie. The release occurred just days before the former couple's child custody battle was set to continue in court.

The adult film company that released the x-rated file proudly stated that it is the only film Janine has appeared in all year. However, many say that the release of the film will not help Janine with her legal problems. People also say that it is unlikely that the California family court will let her spend more time with her daughter, Sunny (7).

At this time, Janine is hoping to get 50-50 custody as she has battled her drug addiction and is clean. Back in 2008, she was placed in jail after she failed to pay back taxes.
