Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is eager to move ahead with her divorce but her husband is delaying the process. Kris Humphries' attorneys are pushing for an annulment while Kardashian's legal team wants to have the divorce finalized as soon as possible. Kardashian is being represented by attorney Laura Wasser, who has been the legal counsel for many celebrity divorce cases. She claims that Humphries' hurt feelings and humiliation are causing him to delay the inevitable, that an annulment simply will not be feasible. Wasser went on to say that the divorce filing should be simple and that Humphries is only making it more difficult and expensive for himself with every day that he delays it.
