Seal and Klum Moving Forward with Divorce

Although there were rumors of a reconciliation swirling around Hollywood, model Heidi Klum and husband Seal are definitely getting a divorce. While the two have remained amicable and even been seen together at several events with their children, recent documents show that the divorce may not go as smoothly anticipated. A recent document filed by Klum stated that the two signed a prenuptial agreement, which means that the division of property should already be outlined. However, Seal has responded by stating that there are "community and quasi-community assets" that need to be divided. In addition, Klum had initially asked for primary custody of the children but Seal is now requesting joint custody of their four kids.

Since Klum's estimated worth is much more than her husband's, a reported $70 million compared to $15 million, she has more to protect.
