Jonathon Lipnicki Seeks Restraining Order

Jonathon Lipnicki, best known as the cute kid in "Jerry Maguire," filed a restraining order in court this week against former girlfriend Amber Watson.

According to the documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Lipnicki, 20, states that Watson entered his apartment without invitation this month, pinned him down to his own bed, and threatened him with annihilation. He went on to say that "It took twenty [minutes] and other people to get her out of my apartment."

The judge granted Lipnicki a temporary restraining order until his next court date. This prevents Watson from coming within 100 yards of Lipnicki and his dog.
