Hollywood Actor Seeks Restraining Order against Wife

As if divorce wasn't difficult enough, a Hollywood actor was forced to get a restraining order against his wife after she threatened him in front of their kids.

The 50-year-old actor filed for divorce this week from wife his wife. In his divorce papers the sometime-actor stated that her threats of violence and death against him were a plenty.  As a result of her violence and other incidents, the wife was taken to jail the next day for violating the orders of her probation for a DUI conviction. She is now awaiting her next court date at a local jail until July 20.

Married since July 2007, the actor spoke about his wife's constant struggle with alcohol. He added that she has violated her probation many times and becomes extremely aggressive when she drinks, something that concerns him especially in regards to their children. The couple has two daughters together.
