Husband Argues Entrapment in Child Custody Case

What started as a fun, rowdy night for one man turned into a legal nightmare that involved a DUI summons and child custody fight.

Although he is claiming that his ex-wife set up the entire night in order to get custody of their kids, the man has a long way to go to argue against his charges. Earlier this month, the man accepted a date from a woman. When the two finally met, she brought a friend with her, the three drank together and one of the women flashed them. He drove them to another bar later that night and said goodbye. He was shocked when he received a summons for DUI just a few days later for driving intoxicated on that night.

The ex-wife is fighting back, however, by saying that her husband was not entrapped by her.  He is now asking for the divorce hearing to be pushed back while his legal team gathers evidence of wrongdoing on her part.
