A woman is currently asking the Ohio Supreme Court to allow her to share custody of a young girl with the biological mother as the two women lived together as a couple at one point with the child. Kelly Mullen currently claims sole custody of the child, while Michele Hobbs claims they planned as a couple to have the baby and that she shared parenting and financial support. The two women split up in 2007 and have no custody agreement in writing.
