Katharine Ross Files Restraining Order Against Daughter

When neither party showed at a Los Angeles court last week, the restraining order in question was dropped.
Earlier this month Katharine Ross, best known for her role as Elaine Robinson in "The Graduate," filed for a restraining order against her own daughter. The 26-year-old apparently wielded a pair of scissors and attempted to stab Robb with them. After telling a judge about her ordeal, Ross was granted a temporary restraining order.
Since neither Ross nor her daughter showed up at the scheduled hearing this week, the case to renew or ask for a temporary restraining order was dropped.
Is someone threatening you or your family? If so, there is no time to waste in calling a family law attorney today. With a restraining order, it is possible to keep the perpetrator away from your home, office and family, and it is enforceable by law. At any time that the restraining order is breached, you can call a police officer to arrest the offending party.
