Charlie Sheen Wants Full Custody of His Kids

Charlie Sheen is not satisfied with his current child custody arrangements, and the actor is now attempting to win full custody of his children.

According to Mark Gross, Sheen's lawyer, he just filed the necessary papers to not only ask for full custody of his twins, but to also cut off all child support that he is currently paying to Brooke Mueller. This all came after Mueller reportedly relapsed and found herself back in rehab, making her unfit to have either legal or physical custody of their children.

If Sheen is successful, the twins would live with him full-time and he would no longer pay Mueller $55,000 per month in child support.  Mueller is not giving up her children without a fight, however, as her lawyers are already planning a counterattack that will involve asking for full custody. They will also ask for another psychological evaluation of Charlie Sheen.
