Nicole Ritchie Tries to Make Example Out of Photographer with Restraining Order

Nicole Richie is hoping to make an example out of the photographer who has been reportedly harassing her family. She may even taken part in a hearing at a Los Angeles civil court this Wednesday where she hopes to extend a restraining order against the photographer in question. He has been "getting too close" to her daughter Harlow as well as targeting the family in other ways.  

She will be joined by attorneys Tamar Arminak and Mark Geragos at the temporary restraining order hearing. They will bring several of the preschool teachers from Harlow's school to testify about the man's presence on and very near to their campus. Ritchie is "fiercely protective of her children, and won't tolerate this."

In addition to working on this restraining order Ritchie is busy planning her wedding to Joel Madden of Good Charlotte fame. The couple has another child as well, Sparrow Madden.
