Much Pulic Controversy Over Restraining Order

A judge has not yet ruled on a strange request for a restraining order against Tila. Photographer Garry Sun is claiming that his supposed girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, was kidnapped, brought onto a plane and flown to Los Angeles. This was all accomplished by Tila and some armed men. Shyla was then threatened by Tila to not contact the police or else she and Garry would be hurt.  Naturally Tila is claiming that the entire story is fabricated and will be in touch with her lawyers about the situation.

Tila's lawyers later made a public statement that Sun's allegations are "patently absurd" and are most likely an attempt to punish Tila for firing him from the team that manages her website. Furthermore, her attorneys also planned to file with the proper authorities to see that Sun is held accountable for his actions.
