Visitation Rights Denied for Allegedly Abusive Mother

A woman was arrested for allegedly abusing her adopted daughter and court has denied her visitation rights while she waits for her trial. The woman has brought her daughter to the emergency room for different events since April 2008. The mother of the adopted child has been arraigned and posted bail. She was allowed to have supervised visits with her daughter for about a week until a judge decided to prohibit contact.
