Father to Pay Child Support for Kidnapped Son

Illinois is attempting to force a man to pay child support for his son who was allegedly kidnapped by his mother 10 years ago and taken to Poland. Gerardo Serrano owes back child support but says that the court order states the boy was "unlawfully removed" by the mother to Poland. Serrano should reportedly have full custody and not owe child support.
