Mel Gibson's Ex Seeks Custody of Their Daughter

According to celebrity news website, TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva's legal team will appear in family court this week to ask a judge to strip Mel Gibson of child custody for the couple's daughter.

Grigorieva's legal team will use tapes that she recorded of the actor to show that he is dangerous to their child.  Gibson is heard on the tapes using profanity and issuing threats at Grigorieva.  However, it has been said that Gibson's attorneys will refute the tapes by saying the recordings were altered.

 The court will only permit the tapes to be heard if it can be proven that the recordings have not been edited, tampered with or altered in any way.
