Man Claims to be LeBron James Biological Father

Several media sources are reporting that a man that claims to be LeBron James's biological father is filing a lawsuit against LeBron's mother for fraud, defamation and misrepresentation.

In his lawsuit, Leicester Bryce Stovell claims that LeBron and Gloria James tampered with DNA test results that would have established his paternity.  55 year old Stovell claims that in 1984, he and Gloria had unprotected consensual intercourse after meeting in a bar in Washington, D.C.

Gloria would have been 15 years old at the time, but Stovell said he did not know her real age until after they had engaged in consensual intercourse.  In 2007, Stovell called Gloria after noticing similarities between him and the NBA star.  In documents, he said, "I was] struck by our similarity in appearance … James and I are nearly if not identical height and pigmentation and have very similar athletic body types."

In his lawsuit, Stovell says that Gloria James denied knowing him when he contacted her and that she threatened him.
