Janine Plans to Move to Texas after Jesse James gets Custody

Weeks ago, it was decided that Jesse James would have child custody of his daughter and that he could take her (Sunny) to Austin, Texas.  James wanted to move to Texas so Sunny could be closer to her ex step-mother, Sandra Bullock, who is close to the child.

This week, the child's biological mother Janine announced that she would follow James to Texas so she could remain close to Sunny. The adult film star is looking for money to help her with her move.

At this time, Janine wants $9,000 in http://www.riversidefamilylawattorneys.com/Child_Support.aspx each month with $3,500 of the payments going toward her own living expenses.  For now, Janine receives $2,000 per month and James was ordered to pay her $50,000 for her attorney's fees.  Janine gets to have custody of Sunny on the weekends.
