Bristol Plain Awarded Primary Child Custody

Today, new sources announced that Bristol Palin will have primary child custody of her son, Tripp.  Bristol has become infamous for being Sarah Palin's daughter and her relationship with her child's father, Levi Johnston, has caught the public's eye. The court presiding over the child custody case also ruled in an agreement that Bristol and Levi cannot speak negatively about one another to the press.

The couple have been engaged twice and have split up twice, and that is why the relationship has garnered national attention. Thankfully, they were able to agree upon one thing - the custody of their one-year-old son.

Under the agreement, 19-year-old Palin will have primary custody of their toddler and Johnston, who is 20 years old, will have visitation two days a week with his son. Johnston will also have to pay child support which was calculated based upon his current salary of around $72,000 a year.
