Model Seeks $15,000 a Month in Child Support

A child support case in Hollywood has come to a fast end due to the mistake of one party. Model Gabriel Aubry was asking his former partner, Halle Berry, for an increase in child support this month. However, a judge ruled that his request be continued since Aubry did not have all the necessary paperwork on hand in court. The two have been fighting over their daughter since 2010 when they in a committed relationship. Since then, Aubry has fought for child custody and lost, and now he is seeking child support. Aubry states that he needs $15,000 per month to take care of their little girl and pay for rent in a comfortable home. Since the daughter is used to a celebrity lifestyle, Aubry argues that he needs to provide that same lifestyle when she comes to visit him.
