Blake Lively Obtains Restraining Order

Another actress has obtained a restraining order from an overeager fan. Blake Lively, star of "Gossip Girl," successfully obtained the order last week from a Los Angeles judge. A man reportedly contacted Lively's mother claiming that her daughter was going through a difficult time and needed his help. He continued his attempts to reach the actress via voicemail and email to no avail.

When the show's security team saw him standing around the set, Lively decided to take the matter of stalking more seriously. The 24-year-old brought her case before a Los Angeles judge who granted a temporary restraining order for her and her mother.
