Restraining Order Issued after Man Threatens Ex's Boyfriend

Romance is to blame for the restraining order that has been filed by one man against another last week in Sudbury. Police were called to the home of one man that had received several threatening messages from the other in regards to his girlfriend. Officers accompanied the victim to a courthouse where he was able to file the restraining order. He claims that the suspect, a former friend, was also the son of his girlfriend of many years. The son had finally had enough of the relationship and started to threaten to do something if the other man did not break up with his mother.

The victim has also pressed charges against the other man with the hopes of preventing future abuse in the future.
