Eddie Griffin Goes Through 3rd Divorce

A comedian finds himself divorced three times now, the latest divorce coming just six months after the marriage. Eddie Griffin married Nia Rivers last year but both decided to end the marriage before even reaching their one year anniversary. Although the two did attempt to work things out earlier last month, they decided that divorce was the right answer to their problems. On the divorce papers filed in Las Vegas, "irreconcilable differences" was listed as the reason for their split.

The couple has a 2-year-old son together. They have agreed to joint custody of the child and Rivers will receive $2,500 per month in child support. As a condition of their divorce settlement, neither party is allowed to provide the reason for their divorce. This is the third divorce for the comedian and actor.
