Ohio Changing Plans in Collecting Child Support

Ohio is trying to change efforts in collecting unpaid child support. Now, non-custodial parents will reportedly be able to pay continually just half of their child support with no risk of losing their driving, recreational or professional licenses. From January to September this year, over 100,800 parents lost their licenses for failure to pay support. However, those people may be given other sanctions including hits to their credit reports and garnished wages from work.
