Oksana Grigorieva Drops Domestic Violence Lawsuit

After spending months in the tabloids, Oksana Grigorieva has decided to drop her domestic violence lawsuit against husband Mel Gibson this week.

Oksana's attorney, Dan Horowitz, informed Judge Scott Gordon that her former claims of domestic violence as grounds to change the custody order for their child will no longer be pursued. Both Gordon and Stephen Kolodny, Gibson's lawyer, appeared visibly startled by this unexpected news.

Her lawyers also expressed Grigorieva's desire to speak with Gibson directly, rather than through intermediaries as before. It is still unclear as to whether she will pursue a civil lawsuit against the actor, or drop all charges completely.
