Murderess Seeks Maintenance

An already startling case has become even wilder as a murderess asks for maintenance from her husband.

Parker Schenecker recently visited his wife, Julie Powers Schenecker in jail, asking for maintenance. She is currently serving a life sentence for shooting and killing their two children. Since Parker has already told her of his plans for divorce, he presented her with a settlement to approve. It appears, however, that Julie had a much different idea in her head, since she rejected the settlement immediately.

Julie is reportedly asking Parker for $40,000 for a lawyer, $10,000 for a forensic accountant, as well as additional funds for alimony and health insurance. To top it all off, Julie is demanding that her husband take out a life insurance policy naming her as the beneficiary, and she would like to have her diamond engagement ring back.
