A restraining order was the least a judge could do for one woman whose husband called her 52 times in the span of 8.5 hours.
When he went before the Worcestor Magistrates Court Rafal Chrzaszcz, 35, fully admitted to his actions. According to Matt Dodson, the prosecution, the couple's relationship had ended nearly 18 months before when the harassment began. In March of this year when Mrs. Chrzaszcz began a new relationship, the harassment increased significantly.
The day that brought the pair to court was April 6 when Mr. Chrzaszcz called his wife from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. non-stop. In addition, he sent one text message that the judge perceived to be a death threat. In addition to the 12-month restraining order, he was given a six-month community order.
