Michael Lohan Arrested After Argument with His Girlfriend

It seems that Michael Lohan is simply unable to stay out of trouble. The father to actress Lindsay Lohan was arrested for possible domestic violence after an angry confrontation with his ex-girlfriend.

After a woman filed a domestic violence report with police Lohan, 50, was picked up by police in West Hollywood.  While the woman turned down medical treatment Lohan was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and injuring a cohabitant.  Lohan himself was later brought to a hospital after he complained of chest pains.

Although the details have not yet been released to the public it is believed that Lohan attempted to strangle his ex, Kate Major, with a towel. Since he divorced Lindsay's mother, Dina, back in 2007, the famous dad has had his fair share of legal struggles, including a short stint in prison.
