Chris Pontius Getting a Divorce

It looks like "Party Boy" will be throwing a different kind of party this year, for his own divorce. Chris Pontius, who gained fame as Party Boy in the "Jackass" movies, will soon be discussing divorce details with wife Claire Nolan.

According to sources close to the couple Nolan has been attempting to get a divorce for a while, having filed several times in court for it. Time after time she cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for wanting to split. This comes as a surprise to Pontius' fans and friends who have watched the couple grow together since their marriage in 2004.

It is making it especially difficult for Pontius to properly promote his new movie, "Jackass 3.5," with this news weighing on his mind. When she filed the papers last week a judge immediately granted them the divorce, especially after Nolan told the court that she has been separated from Pontius since 2009. Fortunately there are no children involved in this divorce.
