Man in Court for Failure to Pay Child Support

A man in the Forest, Mississippi area has reportedly been in court for failure to pay child support, but will not be in jail so long as he follows the terms of his sentence. The man reportedly pleaded guilty to felony non-support of a child. Now, he will serve five years in the custody of the department of corrections with four years served as house arrested and one as supervised probation. He will also have to pay another $150 per month on top of his $550 per month regular payment.
