It comes as no surprise that Kim Kardashian has decided to file a prenuptial agreement with her fiance Kris Humphries. The reality TV star makes millions per year, not to mention thousands per episode alone. It is rumored that Kardashian's mother, Kris, has been working with her daughter to finalize the document.

Although the exact details of the prenuptial agreement have not been released to the public, an inside source close to the family told Us Weekly that Kim will keep her house in Beverly Hills, as well as any money you should earn during the length of their marriage. As the reigning queen of reality TV, having at least $12 million in the bank, Kardashian has every right to demand a prenuptial agreement with her less-successful fiance. The two plan to be married this summer.
