Doctor Arrested After Failing to Pay Support for Dozens of Years

After a dozen years of non-payment a doctor is finally behind bars for his negligence in making child support payments. 

Dr. David Martin, 55, was arrested last week when he de-boarded a plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport from Oman. In 2002 he had been added to the Most Wanted Child Support Evader list and has been chased around the world by authorities since then. A felony arrest warrant was issued way back in 1998 in Carson County, TX for criminal non-support charges. 

In total the back child support payments adds up to over $420,000.
