Anonymous Tipster Helps Police

An anonymous tipster helped police finally locate a man who owed more than $80,000 in unpaid child support.

A mugshot posted on a Most Wanted website helped find Douglas Cecil, 53, who was living in a Coraopolis apartment at the time. He has been wanted since 2004 by the Sheriff's Department after failing to show for a court date in September 2004. His total amount of monies owed is now $82,494, according to a release issued by the department.
