Neighbor Takes Out Restraining Order

Two neighbors have not been so friendly over the past year and it shows. One of the neighbors was surprised was he was served with a restraining order last week. According to the other neighbor, the man had made multiple threats and taken pictures of his property without his permission. The accused neighbor stated that he took pictures to show violation of code compliance on his neighbor's property but that no threats were ever made.

However, the case brought against him was strong enough to impel a judge to issue a permanent restraining order. To make matters worse, the neighbor did not appear in court to discuss the matter, prompting the judge to take the case more seriously. The neighbor is not allowed to be within 100 yards of the other man at any time.
