Man Charged with 11 Counts of Failure to Pay

After receiving 11 counts of failure to pay child support a man from Waukesha now faces his day in court.

Although his name has not been released to the press court reports show that he could pay up to $110,000 in fines and spend 38 years in prison. This is all because he failed to make his child support payments from February 2007 to November 2010. The criminal complaint against him shows that his first payment was ordered back in 1998 for $270 per month. At that time he was making nearly consistent payments.

Now that he has been negligent for many years the man will have to pay the price. He is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on a $4,999 cash bond.
