Mel B Remaining Quiet on Possible Divorce

Despite speculation, Melanie Brown (Mel B) is remaining quiet about claims pertaining to her marriage with Stephen Belafonte. Recently, it has been reported that the couple is heading toward divorce.

On Sunday, one news source said that Belafonte reported this split.  He and Mel B of the Spice Girls were officially married in 2007.

The sources say the producer said to a source, "Dude, it's over. Mel's coming back to the U.K. soon - but I won't be coming with her. There's been problems lately. I don't know what's happening."

Sources also say that he is currently consulting with lawyers about the divorce.  So far, Brown has refused to say anything about her marriage or divorce claims.
