Principal Arrested for Domestic Violence

14. Buffalo, NY principle Greg Smoral received his third DWI arrest within a period of three years, this time for breaking in to his own girlfriend's home. A domestic violence call was placed Sunday morning at 3:30 AM by Smoral's girlfriend who stated that someone was breaking into her home. Upon arriving at the house police found Smoral's car parked on the front lawn.

The principle's refusal to take a breathalyzer test meant that his license was immediately suspended. Three years ago Smoral blew a .21 which is two and a half times the legal limit in NY.

While Smoral was allowed to return to work after his original DWI, the Sweet Home Middle School president was suspended this time by his school district with pay. The district refused any further comments on the case.
