Judge Won’t Confine Child to Texas

A state judge on a child custody case has refused to restrict a boy to Texas as the matter is international. The father asked that the boy be restricted to Texas. The boy was returned to Texas recently after a court ruled that his father didn't have lawful custody of the boy. The father has duel Mexican-French citizenship. The father reportedly used incomplete Mexican court documents to falsify claim custody.
