Did Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva Sign a Child Custody Agreement?

Earlier this week, it was announced that Mel Gibson and his former girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, had reached a child custody agreement back in May 2010.

Allegedly, the agreement clearly outline that Mel Gibson was not only entitled to unsupervised visitation with his daughter Lucia, but also joint legal and physical child custody.

The announcement was originally released by TMZ.com and it was said that Oksana and Mel had signed the agreement on May 16^th.  However, following the signing, Oksana said she did not know the agreement would allow Mel to have unsupervised contact with their daughter.

Still, it is reported that the agreement outlined in detail a schedule for custody down to the exact day and hour.
