Nicole Ritchie Asks for Restraining Order

Designer Nicole Ritchie has finally discovered the name of her daughter's stalker and has asked for a restraining order. The man, who has now been identified as Fabricia Luis Mariotto, is a paparazzo that had been creeping around 3-year-old Harlow's preschool. Ritchie also claims that Mariotto had been following her around as well.

A Los Angeles court issued Ritchie's family, including fiance Joel Madden and their other child Sparrow, a restraining order against Mariotto. In her statement Ritchie claims that the photographer "drives erratically around [Harlow and Sparrow] and others, yells, screams, and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction." She included photographic evidence of Mariotto harassing her, as well as stating that he had been trespassing on school property in order to photograph Harlow.
