Mel Gibson Challenges Child Support in Court

Despite all of the legal issues that have surfaced regarding Mel Gibson's relationship with Oksana Grigoreva, he will be speaking with a judge this Monday about just one thing. At a neutral location Gibson has been ordered to speak with the judge regarding child support payments and custody of the child that he had with Grigoreva. Gibson will not be allowed to discuss anything related to the domestic abuse charges that have been brought against him recently.

Oksana will also have to give a deposition in regards to child support and child custody, without discussing Gibson's charges of extortion that he has recently brought to light. At this time the court wants to resolve the issues surrounding their only child together.
