Man Arrested in Domestic Violence Case

A fugitive found himself in handcuffs when police caught up to him at the Natividad Medical Center in Arizona. Fernando Solano, 31, was wanted for charges of domestic violence, when he was found in the hospital being treated for a gunshot wound to his leg. Just before he was arrested, someone had reported seeing his last-known vehicle, a 2007 Toyota Camry, cruising around town.

Hospital staff who were treating Solano reported a victim of a shooting to the local police who came in to question him. They later reported that Solano was an uncooperative victim and, upon learning about the domestic violence charges, was eventually arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail.
