Florida Murder May Have Stemmed from Child Support Battle

In Florida, multiple news sources are reporting that a recent murder that occurred in Lake Mary may have stemmed from a child support battle.  News sources say that John Marshall killed his ex-wife, her husband and himself after becoming enraged over over family law matters.

Marshall is alleged to have owed over $200,000 in delinquent child support payments.  To make up for the delinquent payments, a Florida judge awarded Marshall's ex-wife big money judgments for properties in Marshall owned London.  The properties turned over to the ex-wife made her an instant millionaire.

After the decision, Marshall appeared at his ex-wife's house and started shooting through the door, eventually causing two deaths.  He then shot himself, causing a tragic double homicide/suicide.

If you are currently involved in a heated child support battle, do not take matters into your own hands.  Instead, obtain the services of a family lawyer that can help you get through the legal process and alleviate unnecessary stress and conflict.
