Oksana Grigorieva Has No Claim to Gibson’s Money

Mel Gibson's former girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, singed a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of securing some of his money if they were to split. According to documents, she signed the contract while pregnant with his child. The agreement does include provision for the care of their daughter, but nothing for Grigorieva. A cohabitation agreement is a prenuptial agreement for a couple that is living together but not married.
