Mel Gibson Involved in Child Custody Case

This week Thursday, it is reported that Mel Gibson and his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva met with a judge in Los Angeles.  The judge is said to be overseeing their child custody case which involves their 7 month old daughter, Lucia. 

Lawyers allegedly told a clerk that they had plans to file motions in the case.  Beyond that information, they refused to issue comments on the closed hearing.

Back in April, Gibson and Grigorieva decided to part ways.  Last month, their child custody case was filed with the family court.  Now, it will be up to the court to decide on a custody arrangement for the Hollywood actor and his ex.
